The Monthly Well-being Calendar: Have you checked out the November calendar? The monthly well-being calendar is posted on the first of every month in the subscriber-only chat*. Check it out throughout the month as I add suggestions in the replies. I encourage you to add suggestions, too!
Community Joy Nook: Every Sunday, join the community joy nook in the subscriber-only chat* and share a moment of joy from your week. You can post a reply at any time during the week. I found joy in creating a beautiful bouquet.
The Kitchen Nook: Explore the kitchen nook for kitchen-related information (e.g., recipes, cooking tips, sustainable food practices). I added a lovely soup recipe to the recipe section yesterday. I shared an app that allows you to scan food and cosmetic products in order to know their impact on your health (see the kitchen spotlight section). It’s eye-opening!
